Nigar Alishzade
Background
After completing her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Computer Science, Nigar Alishzade was admitted to a doctoral program (dissertantura) specializing in "System Analysis, Management, and Information Processing." Her professional career is marked by a versatile background, having served as both a Data Analyst and an AI Engineer in the industry, alongside her extensive pedagogical activities.
As a Computer Science educator, Nigar teaches a wide array of programming languages, including C, C++, C#, and Python. Her teaching expertise encompasses the fundamentals of programming, algorithms, and computer modeling.
Her scientific research focuses on the application of Deep Learning models in image processing. Notably, her scholarly work on the automatic translation of Azerbaijani Sign Language using various neural network architectures has been published in internationally indexed journals. Nigar continues to bridge the gap between industrial innovation and academic research, contributing significantly to the field of artificial intelligence in Azerbaijan.
