Office of the Registrar

The Office of the Registrar supports the academic life of Qarabağ University by managing student enrolment, student records and ensuring the integrity of academic processes. We work closely with students, faculty, and administrative units to deliver accurate, timely, and transparent services.

The Registrar’s Office is responsible for key academic administration functions, including student registration and enrolment, course records, grading, transcripts, academic standing, and degree certification. We ensure that university policies and academic regulations are applied consistently and fairly across all programs.

Our role is to help students navigate their academic journey - from admission through graduation - by providing clear guidance, reliable information, and responsive support. We also serve as the official custodian of academic records, safeguarding their accuracy and confidentiality.
