The governing body of the University is the University Senate. The Senate is chaired by the rector, Dr. Shahin Bayramov, and comprises Vice-Rectors and deans, as well as other members appointed in accordance with the University Charter and guidelines approved by the Ministry of Science and Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
