Entry Permits
Travel to recently liberated territories in Garabagh Economic Zone of Azerbaijan, including Khankendi city, requires an official entry permit.
For enrolled students, Qarabağ University arranges this process directly to support a smooth and coordinated arrival. Family members or accompanying visitors can apply independently through the e-Polis mobile application or via the https://yolumuzqarabaga.az/ web portal. We recommend completing the permit process in advance of travel to avoid delays.
If you have questions about student permits or arrival arrangements, our team is here to assist.
