Keklik Gezalova
Background
Dr. Keklik Gezalova’s experience in higher education dates back to 1999. Over more than two decades, she has built extensive expertise in both academic and administrative roles across diverse higher education institutions, contributing to institutional development, program design, and educational reform initiatives.
She earned her PhD in Philology in 2005, strengthening her academic foundation and scholarly engagement. Throughout her career, she has combined research-informed thinking with practical leadership, supporting curriculum advancement and the continuous improvement of academic standards.
With long-standing experience in educational management, Dr. Gezalova has led and coordinated strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing academic quality, institutional performance, and sustainable growth. In 2020, she obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, further reinforcing her capacity to manage complex projects and drive structured organizational change within higher education environments.
Despite her extensive leadership responsibilities, she has never stepped away from teaching. Dr. Gezalova has maintained continuous classroom engagement throughout her career, believing that effective academic leadership must remain grounded in direct educational practice. Her work reflects a balanced integration of scholarship, management, and sustained commitment to student learning.
