Our hiring process is designed to be transparent, fair, and efficient. Here's what you can expect when you apply to join our team.

Application submission

Submit your application through our online portal. Ensure all required documents are included: CV, cover letter, and any supporting materials specific to the position.

Initial screening

Our HR team reviews all applications within 2 weeks. Qualified candidates will be contacted for the next stage. We carefully assess your qualifications against the position requirements.

Interviews

Shortlisted candidates participate in structured interviews. For faculty positions, this may include a teaching demonstration or research presentation. Staff positions typically involve competency-based interviews.

Assessment & reference checks

We conduct thorough reference checks and may request additional assessments depending on the role. This ensures we find the best fir for both the candidate and the university.

Offer & onboarding

Successful candidates receive a formal offer letter. Once accepted, our HR team guides you through onboarding, including relocation assistance, accommodation arrangements, and orientation programs. An employment contract is then signed between the employee and the university
