The Choir Ensemble of the Faculty of Arts at Qarabağ University, established in 2024, has distinguished itself within a short period through its active participation in the musical sphere. The ensemble has attracted attention with its successful performances at various state and cultural events, as well as at the university’s international forums and concert programs.

Under the direction of conductor Rufat Khalilov, the choir plays a significant role both in promoting the national musical heritage and in fostering the professional development of young performers.

The ensemble has performed at events dedicated to the works of Uzeyir Hajibeyli, as well as in nationally significant projects, including the semifinal stage of the “Yukselish” competition. Furthermore, it achieved great success by winning first place at the inter-university artistic and creative competition-festival.

The choir’s repertoire includes both classical and contemporary works, which further enriches its stage presence and performance mastery.

In addition, the ensemble actively contributes to the preservation and promotion of national and moral values, supports the development of musical culture among young people, and aims to perform on broader international stages in the future.
