Background

Maleyka Hasanaliyeva is a fashion designer with international education and professional experience in the field of fashion design. She holds a Bachelor’s degree from the Azerbaijan State Academy of Fine Arts, graduating with distinction (Red Diploma). She completed her Master’s studies in France and the United Kingdom at Istituto Marangoni and Manchester Metropolitan University. She is also an alumna of The Prince’s School of Traditional Arts.
In 2017, she participated in an exchange program at Kent State University in the United States. During her professional career, she completed internships at Christian Dior, Elie Saab, and Françoise Paris fashion house. She also developed print designs for the Trussardi brand at No More Mondays design studio. Her creative works have been featured in Vogue Paris and Elle Paris.
In France, she was awarded the title “Director of Collection.” She has developed uniform design projects for Azerbaijan Airlines, Baku VIP Boutique, ASG Business Aviation, and VIP Group Services. She has also delivered freelance projects for various fashion houses and manufacturing companies.
Her creative work has received international recognition. She was specially commended at the “Elegance” fashion show as part of the British Council Design Catwalk competition in Baku. The awarding institutions included Central Saint Martins, University of the Arts London, and British Embassy Baku.
