Course Description

This course focuses on the theory and practice of drafting clear, precise and legally sound documents. Students learn the structure, language and logic of legal texts, including contracts, legal opinions, procedural documents and normative acts. The course develops the ability to translate legal analysis into written form using accurate terminology and coherent argumentation. Through practical exercises, students gain confidence in producing professional legal documents that meet formal, substantive and ethical standards.
