Background

Laman Hasanzada is a legal scholar specializing in human rights and international law. She holds a BA in Law from Baku State University (2012-2016) and an MA in European Human Rights from the University of Strasbourg (2020-2023), completed under the Eiffel Excellence Scholarship. She is currently pursuing a second MA in Commercial Law at Hacı Bayram Veli University as a recipient of the Türkiye Scholarships program.

She has an academic and professional background in law, with experience in the private sector in contract and corporate law. She has also participated in numerous international seminars, training programs, and internships in France, Türkiye and Greece, focusing on European human rights and international law. Since 2024, she has been affiliated with our university.

Research Interests

Her research focuses on constitutional law, international migration law and human rights.
