Background
She conducts academic and pedagogical activities in the field of Education and Human Development. She completed her Master’s degree within the framework of the joint dual degree program between George Washington University (USA) and Azerbaijan State Pedagogical University, specializing in Education and Human Development / Educational Management.
She has extensive teaching experience in both general and higher education settings. She has worked as an English language teacher in public schools and private educational institutions, teaching various age groups and proficiency levels. In her teaching practice, she has applied CEFR-based lesson planning, student-centered methodologies, differentiated instruction, and assessment strategies.
In her professional career, she has also been involved in methodological support and teacher development. She has delivered professional training sessions for English language teachers and participated in the implementation of the annual activity plan of the British Council Resource Center. Additionally, she served as Head of the English Department in a private educational institution, where she was responsible for curriculum planning, methodological support for teachers, and improving instructional quality.
Currently, she serves as a Practicum Supervisor at Karabakh University, where she coordinates the practical training of future teachers, plans the school practicum process, and provides methodological guidance.
To enhance her professional expertise in international English language teaching, she obtained the CELTA certification and holds Cambridge TKT module certificates. She has also participated in international assessment programs (PISA, PIRLS) and accreditation processes in the field of education.
