Course Description
The Business Economics course teaches the application of economic thinking to make more efficient business decisions. Within this course, students learn how firms determine what to produce, how much to produce, and at what price, based on demand, costs, competition, and market conditions. The course connects fundamental microeconomic concepts to real management problems, such as pricing strategies, production quantity determination, market power, and decision-making under uncertainty. This approach equips students with the ability to explain business behavior and to select strategies that enhance efficiency in practical business operations.
