Background

Alekber Alekberov was born on March 21, 1972, in Yevlakh, Azerbaijan.
He graduated with honors from the Asaf Zeynalli Music College
and the Uzeyir Hajibeyli Baku Music Academy.
In 1992, he received First Degree Diploma and the title of laureate
at the Republican Mugham Competition dedicated to the 100th anniversary of Ahmad
Bakikhanov.
He has served as an associate professor and instructor
at the Azerbaijan National Conservatory.
In 2015, he was awarded the honorary title
“Honored Artist of the Republic of Azerbaijan.”
He has performed in numerous countries worldwide.
In 2025, he received his PhD degree and currently works
as a lecturer at Karabakh University.
