Job description
- Determine and organize the objectives and content of practical training sessions, taking into account the age-appropriate individual psycho-physical characteristics and preparedness of learners;
- Organize competitions, tournaments, and spartakiads across various sports, and ensure the participation of university teams in invited competitions;
- Continuously monitor compliance with sanitary and hygiene standards at training facilities;
- Provide learners with guidance on physical education methodology, its health-promoting functions, and accident prevention; take measures to protect their health and provide first aid when necessary.
Requirements
- Higher education in a relevant field;
- Knowledge of sports equipment operation and safety rules;
- Ability to build and manage a team;
- Effective communication and motivation skills when working with learners;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs;
- Preference will be given to candidates with teaching, refereeing, and coaching experience, as well as honorary sports titles and relevant certifications.
