Job description
• Teaching subjects in accordance with the course load;
• Preparing subject syllabi;
• Conducting scientific research and publishing in scientific journals;
• Participation in the assessment of students' knowledge;
• Preparing proposals for relevant program activities.
• In addition to the educational process, active participation in organizing events related to the socio-social and educational issues of the faculty.
Requirements
- A minimum of a Master’s degree in the relevant field (a PhD or other academic degree is considered an advantage);
- Academic and pedagogical work experience in the relevant field at higher education institutions (this requirement may be waived for graduates of prestigious universities);
- Fluency in written and spoken Azerbaijani;
- Minimum C1 level of English proficiency;
- Ability to effectively use information and communication technologies (ICT) in the teaching process;
- Ability to apply student-centered and competency-based teaching approaches;
- Strong communication skills;
- Leadership and management skills.
