Job description
- Teaching subjects appropriate to the course load;
- Preparing subject syllabi;
- Conducting scientific research and publishing in scientific journals;
- Participation in assessing the knowledge of students;
- Preparing proposals for relevant program activities.
- In addition to the teaching process, active participation in organizing events related to the socio-social and educational issues of the faculty.
Requirements
- Minimum Master's degree in a relevant field (doctorate and scientific degree are considered an advantage);
- Scientific and pedagogical work experience in a relevant field at higher education institutions (the relevant requirement may be waived for graduates of prestigious higher education institutions);
- Fluent writing and speaking skills in Azerbaijani;
- Minimum C1 level in English;
- Ability to effectively use information and communication technologies (ICT) in the educational process;
- Ability to use student-oriented and competency-based teaching approaches;
- High communication skills;
- Leadership and management skills.
