Concertmaster (tar, kamancha, piano)
• Accompanying students studying Instrumental Performance, Music Education and Vocal Art on the basis of the instruction of the subject teacher to whom they are assigned;
• Ensuring the formation of performing habits of students together with the concertmaster;
• Providing harmonic support to the performance, forming a rhythmic foundation and ensuring the preservation of dynamic balance;
• Partnering with the student in individual interpretation;
• Participating as an assistant in musical communication;
• Accompanying students in rehearsals and concerts outside of class time;
• Transcribing or arranging the music performed by the student as needed;
• Preparing proposals for relevant program activities;
• In addition to the educational process, actively participating in the organization of events related to the socio-social and educational issues of the faculty;
• Master's degree;
• Experience as a concertmaster in music education institutions (experience in higher education institutions is desirable)
• Fluent writing and speaking skills in Azerbaijani;
• Ability to effectively use information and communication technologies (ICT) in the teaching process;
• Ability to use student-centered and competency-based teaching approaches;
• High communication skills;
