Job description

• Teaching subjects in accordance with the course load;
• Preparing subject syllabi;
• Participating as a soloist in faculty concerts;
• Participating in assessing the knowledge of students;
• Preparing proposals for relevant program activities.
• In addition to the educational process, actively participating in organizing events related to the socio-social and educational issues of the faculty.

Requirements

• Minimum Master's degree in a relevant field (possession of a doctorate and scientific degree is considered an advantage);
• Scientific-pedagogical-creative work experience in a relevant field at higher education institutions (the relevant requirement may be excluded for graduates of prestigious higher education institutions);
• Fluent writing and speaking skills in Azerbaijani;
• Ability to effectively use the capabilities of information and communication technologies (ICT) in the educational process;
• Ability to use student-oriented and competency-based teaching approaches;
• Ability to perform classical and contemporary musical works, collect vocal repertoire and apply performing abilities in pedagogical activities;
• High communication skills;
• Leadership and management skills.
