Instrumental performance - teacher of folk instruments
• Teaching subjects in accordance with the course load;
• Preparing subject syllabi;
• Participating in the faculty's concerts as both a soloist and an accompanist;
• Participating in the assessment of students' knowledge;
• Preparing proposals for relevant program activities.
• In addition to the educational process, actively participating in the organization of events related to the socio-social and educational issues of the faculty.
• Minimum Master's degree in a relevant field (possession of a doctorate and scientific degree is considered an advantage);
• Scientific-pedagogical-creative work experience in a relevant field at higher education institutions (the relevant requirement may be excluded for graduates of prestigious higher education institutions);
• Fluent writing and speaking skills in Azerbaijani;
• Ability to effectively use the capabilities of information and communication technologies (ICT) in the educational process;
• Skills in using student-oriented and competency-based teaching approaches;
• Professional skills in mugham, tasnif, rang, folk songs and dances and musical notation, the ability to collect repertoire and apply performing skills in pedagogical activities;
• High communication skills;
• Leadership and management skills.
