It covers methods for supplier segmentation and classification, and techniques for supplier performance evaluation using key metrics (KPIs). The curriculum focuses on strategies for developing strong, collaborative partnerships, including joint value creation and risk management. It examines negotiation skills, contract management, and effective communication with key suppliers. Furthermore, the course addresses the implementation of digital tools and technologies for managing supplier relationships and optimizing the entire procurement cycle.

The course develops students' abilities to strategically manage supplier relationships, mitigate supply risks, and drive long-term value for the organization.
