Course Description
This course introduces descriptive statistics and fundamental concepts of data organization and interpretation in psychology. Students learn basic statistical reasoning and develop skills in summarizing and visualizing psychological data.
This course examines learning processes and the mechanisms through which behaviour is acquired and modified. Students study behavioural, cognitive and social cognitive theories of learning, including classical and operant conditioning and observational learning. The course explores motivation, memory and individual and social factors influencing learning and emphasizes applications in education, development and behaviour change.
