Course Description
In the modern era, for employers, an employee’s knowledge has become more important than their compliance with performance discipline and willingness to follow instructions. The ability to learn is increasingly valued above all else, leading to changes in the relationship between employers and employees. The essence of organizational behavior lies in the systematic and scientific analysis of the behavior of individuals, groups, and organizations. The primary objective is to enhance both organizational and individual performance by taking into account the influence of the external environment. Organizational behavior involves the study and development of individual and group behavior in order to achieve organizational goals and improve organizational effectiveness.
