Qarabağ University has launched a series of informational and outreach meetings with prospective students as part of its preparations for the 2026/2027 academic year.

The first phase of the meetings covered 11th-grade students from general education institutions operating under the Ganja–Dashkasan Regional Education Department. The sessions, held in Ganja, brought together high-achieving students from schools in Ganja, Samukh, Goygol, Dashkasan, Goranboy, and Naftalan.

The meetings were organized across five different venues, separately for each specialization group. A dedicated session for applicants preparing for arts-related programs under the fifth specialization group was held at Ganja State Regional College. As part of the outreach initiative, a concert program featuring performances by the academic staff of the Faculty of Arts at Qarabağ University was also presented. In addition, follow-up presentations and interactive sessions were conducted in selected schools after the main meetings.

During the sessions, participants were provided with comprehensive information about the university’s mission and strategic objectives, available academic programs, and modern curriculum. Presentations also covered the university’s infrastructure and vibrant student life, including details on academic staff, student dormitories, international partnerships, scholarship opportunities, social activities, and career prospects. Promotional videos were screened, brochures were distributed, and numerous questions from prospective students were addressed.

It is worth noting that Qarabağ University, established in the territories liberated from occupation, is the first higher education institution created in these areas. The university, located in Khankendi, offers all the necessary conditions for training highly qualified specialists and nurturing responsible citizens. It provides applicants who achieve high results in graduation and admission exams with access to modern higher education standards, a fulfilling student life, strong career prospects, and a promising future.
