Rector of Qarabağ University, Shahin Bayramov, participated in the 7th International Travel and Tourism Dynamics Congress (ITTD26), jointly organized by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism of the Republic of Türkiye, Ankara Hacı Bayram Veli University, and other partners.

Dedicated to the theme “Re-Designing Tourism Futures in Turkic States,” the conference was held on April 15–17, 2026, in Ankara, Türkiye.

Within the framework of the event, Shahin Bayramov spoke at panel discussions on “Tourism Cooperation in the Turkic World and the Contribution of Tourism to Shared Cultural Heritage.” During his speech, he highlighted the rich tourism potential of the Karabakh region and provided detailed information about Karabakh University’s mission, strategic development priorities, and its activities in training highly qualified specialists in the field of tourism.

At the opening ceremony of the conference, speeches were also delivered by Mehmet Nuri Ersoy, Mehmet Naci Bostancı, Fuad Nagiyev, Vasip Şahin, Kubanıchbek Ömüraliyev, and other officials.

It should be noted that participation in this high-level international conference once again demonstrates Karabakh University’s active representation on global academic and scientific platforms.
