Elkhan Gurbanli, a faculty member of the Faculty of Business and Economics at Karabakh University, has officially been awarded the academic degree of Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Economics by the decision of the Higher Attestation Commission under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

E. Gurbanli successfully defended his dissertation entitled “The Regulatory Role of Strategic Human Resource Management in the Impact of Corporate Gossip on Job Stress and Corporate Communication: A Comparative Field Study of Banks in Azerbaijan and Turkey.”
