Dr. Elxan Qurbanlı, a faculty member at the Faculty of Business and Economics at Karabakh University and a PhD in Economics, served as a co-author in the book “Stratejik Yönetim”, published in 2025 by Akademisyen Kitabevi.

The book, indexed in Scopus and TR Dizin, features two scholarly chapters authored by Dr. Qurbanlı, which provide a theoretical and conceptual analysis of strategic management, strategic control, and the role of research and development (R&D) activities in enhancing organizational performance and establishing long-term competitive advantage.

Karabakh University places particular emphasis on promoting research activities, expanding international academic collaboration, and supporting faculty participation in internationally indexed publications.
