Course Description

This course introduces students to the fundamental principles of negotiation and provides practical strategies for achieving mutually beneficial outcomes. Topics include negotiation styles, preparation techniques, managing power dynamics, and overcoming common barriers. 

Through simulations and real-life case examples, the course focuses on developing future teachers’ abilities to negotiate effectively, communicate clearly, persuade others, and maintain positive professional relationships.
