Course Description

This module explores the theoretical and practical foundations of negotiation and conflict management. It examines different types of conflict, their underlying causes, constructive approaches to conflict resolution, and the principles of effective negotiation. The module aims to develop a systematic approach to managing conflict at both individual and organisational levels, and to enhance students’ negotiation skills based on cooperation, empathy, and mutual understanding.
