Course Description
This course is aimed at developing entrepreneurial thinking, management skills, and market-oriented competencies among performers, educators, and creative professionals working in the field of music. Within the framework of the course, students explore the fundamental structures of the music industry, the economic value of creative products, and contemporary market mechanisms shaping professional musical activity.
The instructional process covers the planning and management of music projects, organization of concerts and events, personal branding, marketing and public relations strategies, and opportunities for presentation through digital platforms. Additionally, issues related to copyright, intellectual property, and contractual foundations in the music field are examined.
The course also analyzes music-related startups, independent professional activity models, financial planning, fundraising, and sponsorship mechanisms. It aims to equip students with practical knowledge and strategic skills necessary for sustainable and innovative professional practice in the modern music industry.
