Course Description
This course introduces contemporary approaches to effective teaching and learning, with a focus on applying evidence-based methods in classroom practice. Students explore key instructional models, active learning strategies, and learner-centered approaches that enhance engagement, critical thinking, and skill development. Topics include differentiated instruction, collaborative learning, project-based and inquiry-based methods, formative and summative assessment techniques, integration of digital tools, and strategies for creating inclusive and supportive learning environments. Through demonstrations, micro-teaching tasks, lesson planning, and reflective practice, students learn to select and adapt modern teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs of learners. The course prepares future educators to design high-quality lessons, facilitate meaningful learning experiences, and apply innovative pedagogical approaches across various subjects and educational contexts.
