Course Description
This course equips future Azerbaijani Language and Literature teachers with theoretical knowledge and practical strategies for teaching literary texts. Students explore instructional approaches to literary genres and styles, methods of text analysis, and techniques for facilitating meaningful classroom discussions. The course emphasizes the use of modern pedagogical technologies, ICT tools, project-based learning, and both formative and summative assessment practices. Through activities such as literary analysis, creative reading, writing, debate, and dramatization, learners develop the ability to cultivate students’ literary thinking, aesthetic appreciation, and interpretative skills in inclusive and differentiated classroom settings.
