Turan Tahirli - currently serves as the Head of the Emergency Department at Qarabağ University Clinic and as a Senior Lecturer at the School of Medicine and Health Sciences of Qarabağ University.He has also gained clinical experience at Ankara Atatürk Research and Training Hospital.

Between 2021 and 2023, he worked as an Emergency Medicine Specialist at MEDICANA International Izmir Hospital.

From 2023 to 2025, he served as the Head of the Emergency Department at Yeni Klinika.

During his tenure at Yeni Klinika, he participated as a moderator and instructor in several medical training programs organized by TABIB Academy.

Within his academic activities, Dr. Tahirli places strong emphasis on the integration of theoretical knowledge with clinical practice in emergency medicine. He actively contributes to the development of practice-oriented education, simulation-based training, and the enhancement of students’ clinical decision-making skills.
