Background
Rashad Sultan - serves as a lecturer at the School of Medicine and Health Sciences of Qarabağ University and works as a gynecologist at the Qarabağ University Clinic.
He completed his medical education at Azerbaijan Medical University and later pursued his residency training in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Istanbul University–Cerrahpaşa Faculty of Medicine.
His academic and professional activities focus on clinical medicine, women's health, and the advancement of clinical training for medical students. Dr. Sultan is actively involved in strengthening practical medical education and supporting the development of future healthcare professionals.
