Course Description
This part introduces future mathematics teachers to the core theoretical concepts required both for secondary school teaching and for studying advanced areas of higher mathematics. Concepts such as numerical sequences and functions — covered in secondary school — are explored with deeper theoretical justification. Students learn about bounded and unbounded sequences, monotonicity, infinitesimal and infinite sequences, limits of sequences, functions and their limits, continuity, one-sided limits, and related foundational topics. Emphasis is placed on applying these concepts to practical problem-solving.
