Course Description
This course teaches students knowledge about matrices and determinants, linear space and its basis, methods for solving systems of linear equations, linear transformations and quadratic forms, the mathematical apparatus of linear algebra, the Cartesian coordinate system in the plane and in space, the axiomatics and structure of modern geometry, analytic and invariant-group methods, elements of vector algebra, equations of a line and a plane, second-order algebraic curves and surfaces, and the geometry of affine and Euclidean spaces. It ensures that students understand linear and analytical relationships, solve mathematical problems, and develop logical and analytical thinking skills in coordinate systems. Furthermore, the course aims to formulate the students' ability to apply algebraic and geometric methods in practical and theoretical problems.
