Course Description
This course introduces the fundamental concepts of international business and explains the impact of globalization on the internationalization of markets, enterprises, and economic relations. It covers the analysis of international business forms, foreign market entry strategies, principles of international trade and marketing, as well as the influence of legal and regulatory frameworks on business decisions.
In addition, the course examines ethical principles, cultural diversity, and corporate social responsibility within the global business environment. It also explores the application of core business functions—such as management, finance, marketing, operations, and human resource management—in an international context and analyzes their impact on firms’ global operations.
