Course Description

This course is designed to develop theoretical knowledge and practical skills related to the application of modern information and digital technologies in the music education process. The course explores principles of effective and appropriate use of technology in the pedagogical activities of music teachers, including music software, interactive teaching tools, online educational resources, digital music notation systems, audio-visual editing technologies, and distance learning platforms.

Within practical sessions, students acquire skills in creating digital instructional materials for music lessons, designing interactive presentations, organizing music listening tasks through technological tools, producing educational audio and video content, and managing virtual learning environments adapted to music education.

The course aims to enhance future music teachers’ competencies in multimedia instructional design, digital literacy, and the implementation of technology-integrated music teaching practices, preparing them for contemporary and innovative educational environments.
