Background

Gulnara Pashayeva is an experienced English educator with over 20 years of teaching experience in international and local educational institutions. She has worked as an English teacher, homeroom teacher, PYP Coordinator, Professional Development Coordinator, and Deputy Principal, contributing to curriculum development and teacher training.

She holds a CELTA (Certificate in English Language Teaching to Adults), an internationally recognized qualification that strengthens practical teaching skills and modern language teaching methodology.

In addition, she has completed IB Professional Development Category 1 and Category 2 trainings related to the International Baccalaureate Primary Years Programme (PYP). These trainings enhanced her expertise in inquiry-based learning, curriculum planning, and effective classroom practices within the IB framework. She is the author of more than 4 scientific articles and 2 conference papers.
