The course studies foreign policy priorities, including regional security, energy diplomacy, economic integration and cooperation with international and regional organizations. Students also discuss the role of the Organization of Turkic States, the integration potential of the Turkic world and strategic choices of independent Turkic states in the context of relations with major powers. The course aims to develop the capacity to analyze internal governance mechanisms, principles of diplomatic activity and the growing influence of Turkic states in the international system and to evaluate the dynamics of their relations through evidence-based analysis.
