Course Description
This course teaches the evolution and essence of the management concept in logistics systems, the processes of procurement and warehouse logistics, and inventory management in an enterprise. It covers production logistics and the organization of production processes, distribution logistics and the establishment of distribution networks, aspects of transport and customs logistics, cooperation in logistics systems, ensuring the reliability of logistics, the information infrastructure of logistics networks, and the economic evaluation of logistics. The course develops students' abilities to plan, manage, analyze, and optimize logistics processes, and to efficiently organize inter-network connections and information flows.
