Course Description

This course teaches the main stages of logistics development, the main types of logistics paradigms—functional, resource, and innovative paradigms— and the basic concepts of logistics. It covers the concept of integrated logistics, the organizational and informational integration of logistics system contractors, logistics strategy, business processes in logistics and their management, and the fundamentals of logistics management. Furthermore, it studies integrated logistics planning, the optimization of resources and operations, analytical data analysis, decision-making mechanisms, risk management, and the efficient management of logistics processes.

The course develops students' practical and theoretical logistics skills, analytical thinking, and strategic planning abilities.
