Course Description
This course advances students' analytical capabilities by focusing on inferential statistics and predictive modeling. The curriculum emphasizes correlation, simple and multiple linear regression, and the fundamentals of hypothesis testing. Students explore data sampling techniques, p-values, and confidence intervals to draw conclusions about larger populations. The course emphasizes using programming libraries like Pandas and Scikit-learn for advanced data manipulation. By the end of the semester, students will be capable of building predictive models, interpreting statistical significance, and making data-driven forecasts, providing the essential expertise required for machine learning and professional business analytics roles.
