Course Description
This course introduces the essential techniques for collecting, cleaning, and exploring data to derive meaningful insights. Students investigate data wrangling techniques using tools like Excel or Python and explore basic visualization methods to identify trends and outliers. The course emphasizes data integrity and ethical handling of information. By the end of the semester, students will be capable of performing exploratory data analysis (EDA), generating summary reports, and communicating foundational findings, providing a critical starting point for advanced predictive modeling and business intelligence.
