Course Description
This course teaches about modern automation systems, mathematical methods for solving transport problems, the role of communication and automation systems in the organization of transport services, and information support for the transport process. It covers the purpose and types of communication systems and facilities in transport, the application of various communication systems, information flows in transport systems, and the transmission, storage, processing, and connection of information with global systems. Furthermore, it studies the role of automation in optimizing management processes within transport systems. The course develops students' skills in using information technologies and their ability to analyze and optimize transport processes.
