Course Description

The First Aid course is designed to equip future educators with the essential knowledge and skills needed to respond effectively to medical emergencies in a school setting. Participants learn how to assess common injuries and illnesses that may occur among students and staff, and how to provide immediate care to the affected individual. 

Topics include basic first aid techniques, cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), management of choking incidents, response to allergic reactions, and identification of general warning signs of distress. Through practical training and school-appropriate scenarios, participants develop the competence to manage medical emergencies efficiently and gain the ability to ensure the safety and well-being of their colleagues and students.This course instills in future teachers the skills required to act quickly and confidently in critical situations, helping them save lives in the event of school-based accidents.
