Course Description
This course explores the legal regulation of family relations and inheritance as fundamental areas of private law closely connected to social values and personal rights. Students study marriage, divorce, parental rights and obligations, child protection, and family-related legal mechanisms. The course also examines inheritance law, including succession, wills, and distribution of property after death.
