Nurlan Jumshudov Fizuli oglu was born on July 7, 1996 in Garadaghly village, Ter-Ter region, Azerbaijan Republic. He graduated from Sumgayit city secondary school No. 1 in 2002-2013. In 2014, he entered Khazar University, majoring in Computer Engineering. In 2015, he joined the SABAH groups established by the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan and continued his education at Azerbaijan Technical University. In 2019, he entered the Czestochowa Technical University in the Republic of Poland, majoring in Artificial Intelligence and Data mining, and graduated in 2021. Since 2024, he has been working as a Laboratory Director at Karabakh University and teaches the subject of Information and Communication Technologies.
