Background
After completing her undergraduate studies in Child Psychology at Azerbaijan State Pedagogical University with distinction in 2017, Venera Dadashova pursued a master’s degree in Educational Management at the Faculty of Educational Sciences, Eskişehir Anadolu University, Turkey, from 2018 to 2021, graduating with a high academic GPA (3.96/4) and receiving the Turkish Government “Academic Achievement” Scholarship. In 2021, she was selected for the Turkish Government PhD Scholarship program and began her doctoral studies (PhD) at the same university, which she is currently completing.
During her master’s studies, she worked as a researcher at the university’s Strategic Research Center (ANASAM), conducting comparative analyses of education systems and preparing analytical reports. Since 2018, she has participated in research projects at the Faculty of Educational Sciences, focusing on teachers’ psychological capital, motivation, and educational management.
