Course Description

This course examines the fundamental principles of state policy in ensuring the right to education and the general conditions for regulating educational activities, as well as the basics of relevant laws and other normative legal acts governing different levels of education. 

The course highlights that education in the Republic of Azerbaijan is secular and continuous, serving as a strategically important area that reflects the interests of the citizen, society, and the state. Future educators learn that education in Azerbaijan is grounded in international conventions on human rights and other international agreements to which the country is a signatory. They also understand that, based on the priority of national, moral, and universal values, the education system integrates with and develops in line with global educational standards.
