Course Description

This course explores ecological and environmental concepts through STEAM-based, project-oriented learning. Students examine ecosystem dynamics, sustainability, and human–environment interactions while applying interdisciplinary approaches that integrate science, technology, engineering, arts, and mathematics. Through hands-on environmental projects, data collection, and problem-solving tasks, future biology teachers learn to design meaningful, real-world learning experiences that promote environmental awareness, systems thinking, and active student engagement in school settings.
